Nothing compares to walking in the door now and being greeted by freindly professional staff that want to help you have a very positive experience. We couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with our whole process of selecting the motorcycle, to finance, to parts, to accessories. This was a great and easy transaction. Your Staff (Jamie and Russ) are top notch, I have been to a lot of dealerships lately looking for that special bike to carry sparkie and I to sturgis this year. I met Russ and knew within 15 minutes I had found it. Enjoyed the no pressure sale, and his knowledge he shared about everything. Thanks for the Road Glide. I am a bit late getting this in, but my first year of association with Buckminn's has past and I have had a rewarding experience all the way from the purchase of my "48" in 2010, getting parts and accessories I wanted, phone and email contacts, riders edge course, everything has been the best, I would not ever think of doing business with any other dealer. You guys are simply the best! Have now bought two bikes from your dealership, have had them serviced at your dealership, and have purchased a whole lot of parts and riding gear from your store. Pam and I both look forward to our trips out to your store, even if its just to say Hi to you all. Since day one of doing business with you folks, its more like doing business with family than with friends. Keep up the great work!! I really can't wait to by my third bike from you all, but the boss says I have to wait for now.

I had a GREAT !!! experience ,Russ Slate was great to deal with,I didn't know alot about the bikes he took his time with me and my wife ,answered all our questions ,I shopped diffrent dealerships,found one was a touch cheaper,but the treatment the manager gave us didn't come close to the way Jamie Hale treated us, we decided this was the place to buy,Thanks to Russ and Jamie we got the bike. I would highley recomend talking to these guys before you buy

I wasn't even in the market for a motorcycle. Now I'm in for a quite an investment. Every aspect of this experience has been wonderful. I can't drive by the store without wanting to stop in and check out what may be new. The entire staff makes each visit seem as if we have all been friends for years. I have been in other stores and dealers since I decided to start thinking about making a Harley Davidson purchase, and you folks go above and beyond making me feel at home a Buckminns.

Just wanted to commend your dealership for some of the FINEST service I have ever experienced at any Harley-Davidson dealership. When I brought my ElectraGlide Classic in for its 1000 mile maintenance, your service representative noticed that my clutch was not engaging correctly and he repaired it on the spot and without charging me an arm and a leg for the service. In fact, my whole service experience with your dealership was again the FINEST experience I have ever received from any Harley Service Department.
I can tell you now that you have a new service customer for life!
Many thanks for operating this way. You guys should teach other Harley dealerships how to operate their service departments.
